-Making sure that teachers are aware that students have many priorities
-Giving guidelines to coaches to let them know that students need to learn balance
-Coaches or regulators give students a set-in-stone guideline to how much time they will have to put forth to join the club
2. Too many punishments
-More grace periods before punishments given
-Smaller punishments could result in volunteering
-Free period could be viewed as a privilage, not a right
-Parents give more authority over when their child is in school or not

-Encorporate a college prep course for Juniors
-Pewaukee organizes scholarships more often on a website easily available to students
4. Snow plowing in parking lots is horrible in the winter
- Hiring a new plower
-Making sure they get there at 6:30 the earliest (that way it still should be ok by 7:30)
-When it is really bad have a volunteer outside to direct traffic
-Make sure students are taking the time to park into the correct area
